The Forge – with a living room, open-plan kitchen/dining area, 3 bedrooms [2 double, 1 single], bathroom [inc bath and separate shower] plus downstairs toilet facilities and conservatory. The Smithy – with kitchen/dining area, toilet/shower room, double bedroom and summer room. They are surrounded by fields with wonderful views. 

Whether you wish to use these properties to simply relax, unwind and take in the magnificent Lincolnshire scenery/air or perhaps use them as a base to undertake more active pursuits (eg. walking, rambling, cycling or fishing) - Forge and Smithy will meet every need.
