Green Book - Caistor Community Cinema

28 Sep 2019

Our film for September will be Green Book, which recently won the Best Picture, Original Screenplay and Supporting Actor Oscars.

Set in America in 1962, Green Book tells the heart-warming true story of Tony Lip, a working-class Italian-American bouncer who takes on a job as a chauffeur for Dr Don Shirley, a highly-educated African-American classical pianist.

Doors Open 5.30pm, film starts 6.30pm. Bar and refreshments available before the show and during the interval.

Including infrequent strong language, moderate violence and discriminatory behaviour, the film is not generally considered suitable for younger children and has a 12A Certificate, so children under 12 can only watch with an accompanying adult.

Tickets (£4) available from caistorcommunitycinema.org, Caistor Post Office in September, or on the door.
