This years Literary Festival is bigger and better than ever on 1st and 2nd May 10.30am - 4pm.

Alongside our Sponsors Hammond House Publishing, we will be bringing you a varied itinerary of interesting and talented people from the Literary World. Daisa Publishing will be attending and offering a panel of experts to answer all your questions on publishing including illustrators, animators and editors. Local authors will have tables so you can meet them and have your books signed; Open Mic storytelling and poetry will be happening throughout the day alongside workshops with Ted Stanley, among many others. Talks from voice over artist Liz Drury, Jane Keightley a widely published travel writer, Kate Mitchell on becoming a published writer and many other local talents who are set to inspire you with their tales and books. The event is free to attend and the garden will be open for you to see, alongside the Potting Shed Tea Room being open for some delicious home made cakes and lunches.
