Set in a 12 acre smallholding on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

Self catering, dog/pet friendly, Kents Farm Cottages is a few miles from the glorious east coast with it’s golden sands and dunes full of wildlife. October and November crowds flock to see the new born seal pups at Donna Nook. In the other direction, the wonderful Lincolnshire Wolds and all the treasures they offer. Converted from an old Lincolnshire farm barn and situated in the small hamlet of Austen Fen, beside the Louth Canal.

Lincolnshire undiscovered, off the beaten track, one of the most unspoilt parts of rural England.

Stretching from the Humber to the Wash on the east side of England, Lincolnshire is an immense county of varying landscapes.

To the east coast you descend onto the coastal plain, with its marshland and miles of sandy beaches, head south and find the Fens with wide open skies and magnificent churches.

We are close to the coast, Mablethorpe, Cleethorpes, and Skegness and not far from the city of Lincoln. Close to nature reserves and the seal sanctuary at Donna Nook.
