Clean modernised 100 year old cottage with oil central heating, double glazed, recently decorated.

There are a couple of low doorways so be aware if you are taller than 5ft 9'. It has 2 double bedrooms, lounge with small double pull out bed and option of a single camp bed if needed. Dining room to seat 10 comfortably, fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, washer, fridge, freezer, upstairs bathroom with deep bath and shower.

Very small back courtyard, but local playing field with slide and swings nearby.  Children friendly with access to travel cot, high chair, pushchair and toys. Pets allowed with prior permission from owners.

Located in a quiet village in the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen and Racecourse, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle; nearest beach is Cleethorpes. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.
