Our self catering holiday properties offer a special place to stay for families and groups. Our two cottages Little Walk Cottage and Marris Cottage provide accommodation for up to four people in each, but both cottages also provide a lovely 'rural haven for a romantic get away from it all' break. We provide exceptional facilities at our larger property, Marris Barn (sleeping up to 16), with an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and games room. Here you can celebrate a birthday or anniversary, a hen party or a gathering of friends and family. The Wagon Shed annexe caters for more mature or accessible guests. We also offer 'Sleeps 24' with all three properties rented together.

Pets are welcome at all properties, walking and cycling are very popular. The Click'em Inn is a short walk away. As well as immediate access to the Wolds, market towns and our beautiful coast, guests can visit both Lincoln and even cross the Humber into Hull (European City of Culture 2017).
