Horncastle Window Wanderland
After the success of last years Window Wanderland in Horncastle, it is back for another year!
Window Wanderlands have been held right around the world, but Horncastle was extremely excited to be the first town in Lincolnshire to take part with their Window Wanderland last year. The people of Horncastle can’t wait to light up the streets once again this Christmas! Over 100 homes, shops and groups took part in 2021, so it will be extremely exciting to see what everyone comes up with this year.
Want to take part?
Taking part as a Windowmaker is FREE, and everyone is welcome. You can make a display in the windows of your flat, house, business, school, shop – or even your front garden! Please don’t feel intimidated. Your display could be as simple as a candle, book or fairy-lights in a window. Or you could go all out and stage a performance in your front room, decorate a whole bay window, or project a design outside. Anything goes… as long as it’s family-friendly!
The first night on Thursday 8th coincides with the last Farmers Market before Christmas and late-night shopping in Horncastle. Whilst Sunday 11th is also Horncastle Christmas Market when the streets are filled with stalls so why not make a day of it.
