For centuries, recording the traffic that moves across a landscape or seascape has fascinated artists.
Using visual art to draw in an audience, Gabby Schooling will share different views of the East coast of England and the North Sea. Beginning with the ancient subterranean landscape of Doggerland, then moving onto personal reflections of family brick making on the banks of the river Humber. And finally, ending with a time-lapse contemporary impression of cargo lost into the sea.
Gabby will also be working in the Gallery Space at the NSO on prepared surfaces that will be added to over the week as traffic moves past.
